Make your booking:

  • Login to your account

  • If you don't already have an account, click on the link below to create one (this is free)

  • On your dashboard, register for single days, or for the full conference

Already booked, but need to pay?

  • Make sure you are logged in to the IATEFL website.
  • Once you are click on 'My Dashboard' at the top left of the screen.
  • In 'My Dashboard', on the right of the screen, select 'My payments', choose your conference booking, and click to pay.
  • If you would like to pay for someone else, or a group of people, select 'Make payments for other people'

Want to pay for someone else, or a group of people?

  • Firstly you will need the 'Payment ID' for each of the bookings you wish to pay for. The person/people who have booked can give this to you.
  • Make sure you are logged in to the IATEFL website.
  • Once you are click on 'My Dashboard' at the top left of the screen.
  • In 'My Dashboard', on the right of the screen, select 'Make payments for other people'
  • Select 'Create a bulk payment' and add each of the Payment IDs. For each one it will show you the initials of the name of the delegate to help you make sure you are paying for the correct person.
  • Once you have completed this you can make a payment for the bulk payment.

 

About the fees

  • Terms and conditionsPlease read our full Terms and Conditions before making your booking.
  • Early bird rate: This rate applies if the booking and full payment is received by 16.00 (UK time) on Tuesday 14 January 2020.
  • Standard rate: This rate applies to those booking or paying after the early bird deadline of 16.00 (UK time) on Tuesday 14 January 2020.
  • Member rate: This rate only applies to delegates with Individual (including ECT, Retired and Basic) or Instituional membership of IATEFL. Institutional members are entitled to book up to four delegates per conference day at the member rate.
  • Student rate: This rate only applies to delegates with Student membership of IATEFL.
  • Single or Half day rate: You can select more than one single day but if you are attending for two or more days you may find it cheaper to pay the full conference fee. If you select the full conference fee, you do not need to indicate on which days you will be attending.
  • Exhibition and Careers Fair: Entrance to the Exhibition and Careers Fair is free and does not need to be booked.
  • Booking deadline: Online booking will close at 16.00 (UK time) on Tuesday 26 March 2020. If you miss this deadline you will need to complete your booking onsite at the Registration Desk.
  • Ways to pay: Payment can be made by credit card or debit card when you book online. You can also pay by bank transfer or with your credit/debit card over the telephone in advance of the conference. Payment on the day of the conference can be made by: cash (sterling), credit or debit card (please note, we are unable to accept American Express).
  • Payments by companies and institutions: If your company or instituion will be paying your conference fees on your behalf, it is still your responsibilty as a delegate to ensure that payment reaches IATEFL before you arrive at the conference venue. If your company or institution requires an invoice to make the payment, please make sure this is requested in time for your finance team to process the payment.
  • European Funding: European funding might be possible to help with conference attendance costs. For details, visit the Education and Training website at http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/.
  • Cancellations:  Cancellations of Conference and PCE bookings received before 1 March 2020 will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
  • Under 18s at the Conference: Please see IATEFL's terms and conditions relating to children and young people at the conference.
  • Insurance: We strongly recommend that delegates purchase insurance to cover any cancellations and losses that may occur whilst they are away from home.
