BESIG: 'Navigating leadership communication and working in global teams'

A BESIG webinar presented by Chia Suan Chong

In a globalized world where many are part of international teams, many of the students we train find themselves collaborating across cultures. They may be managing or are managed by people who have a different ideas and expectations of their roles and they may have to negotiate a working style that is effective for everyone involved. In this webinar, Chia will consider different management styles, ways of giving and receiving feedback and the concept of managing up, and the intercultural elements that might frame expectations. This is a webinar suitable both for trainers with clients that work internationally and trainers who themselves want to be more effective when communicating across cultures.
