Joint Pre-Conference Event (PCE) – Brighton 2026

YLTSIG is pleased to be collaborating with the IP&SEN (Inclusive Practices and Special Educational Needs) SIG on a joint Pre-Conference Event at the IATEFL 2026 Annual Conference in Brighton.

The joint PCE, ‘Inclusive Practices in Action: Supporting Learners with Special Educational Needs’, will take place on Monday, 20 April and will offer a practical, classroom-focused exploration of inclusion in English language teaching. The event will focus on inclusive planning, informed teacher decision-making, and strategies to support learners with diverse needs. Bringing together perspectives from both SIGs, the sessions will provide space for reflection, discussion, and the exchange of ideas that participants can take back to their own contexts.

The event will be available both in person and online. Please note that in-person places are limited, and early booking is recommended. Teachers who are unable to travel to Brighton can still take part by attending online.
