This webinar looks at some of the reasons for doing appraisals, ways to carry out appraisals, some dos and don'ts and some of the benefits for teacher, manager and school.

PRESENTER

Jenny Johnson has been involved in management in ELT for most of her working life. Until her retirement in 2021 she was the academic manager at Eastbourne School of English on England’s sunny south coast. Previously Jenny worked at IH Barcelona as head of English then head of the teacher training department. Jenny is a long term IATEFL volunteer: she has worked on various committees and is a past coordinator of the Leadership and Management SIG. She has a Masters in ELT and holds the IDLTM (International Diploma in Language Teaching Management).
