LASIG: 'Facing the challenges of distance learning'

An LASIG webinar presented by David Little and featuring a panel discussion

In these challenging times, despite an abrupt change to our classroom environments and the requirement to keep a social distance, we educators have nonetheless been able to learn from each other. Sharing experiences has become invaluable and taking control of our learning, our emotions and ourselves has become a powerful tool for teachers and learners.

The Independent Learner Association Conference 2020 (ILA 2020) has been temporally suspended, but, to keep spirits high, the ILA 2020 Organizing Committee and IATEFL Learner Autonomy Special Interest Group have prepared a two-hour online teaser event: Facing the challenges of distance learning.

Plenary speaker:

David Little, Trinity College, Dublin Ireland

Panel :

Anja Burkert (University of Graz, Austria),

Adelina Ruiz-Guerrero (Jesuit University of Guadalajara, Mexico)
