Registration is closed for this event

This is a follow-up session to a webinar run in November 2024 on how teacher educators can enhance their skills in lesson observation.
Important: You do not need to have attended the first webinar to attend this one.

About the Workshop:
During this engaging session, participants will develop their understanding and confidence in key facets of lesson observation. Our focus will be on identifying how to write useful lesson commentaries, pinpointing actionable areas for improvement, and preparing for productive post-observation conferences. Attendees will also have the opportunity to observe a lesson firsthand, collaboratively analyzing its strengths and weaknesses to deepen their understanding.

Why you should attend:
By the end of this workshop, attendees will feel empowered and equipped to conduct observations effectively within their specific training contexts, ultimately enhancing the quality of teacher education they provide.

Who Should Attend:
This workshop is ideal for early-career teacher educators who have little experience with lesson observation, as well as more experienced teacher educators who can share their knowledge and experience and who may be looking for innovative ways of approaching commentary creation and preparation for the post-observation conference.
