Mindfulness Recordings

Mindfulness is a skill which involves mental training to achieve higher levels of emotional intelligence and resilience when handling challenging situations.
At this year’s Conference, the wonderful Anne Costello introduced our delegates to a variety of mindful practices, tools and theories to use in our every day lives.
