Mindfulness Recordings

Mindfulness is a skill which involves mental training to achieve higher levels of emotional intelligence and resilience when handling challenging situations.  

At this year’s Conference, the wonderful Anne Costello introduced our delegates to a variety of mindful practices, tools and theories to use in our every day lives.  If you missed out and were not able to attend her morning sessions, Anne has kindly sent us over some audio recordings of some of her practices.
