Feedback is often termed the Holy Grail of soft skills due to its ability to ensure continuous learning which tackles the assumptions and habits which undermine our success. Interestingly, while almost everyone understands its value, data indicates that almost 40% of business professionals still see inadequate feedback practised in their organisations. This highly interactive and dynamic workshop will explore the puzzle of missing feedback by examining the barriers which limit its use, including deep misconceptions about the nature of feedback itself, and introduce a tool – Fierce Confront – which can help you and your clients to talk more openly and collaboratively about how to achieve results in the most effective way.

Jeff Aristy is the Managing Director of GrowWerk GmbH, a training, coaching and consulting company based in Munich, Germany. He is a certified Fierce facilitator and coach (currently securing his ACC qualifications), and he has been training and designing course programs for organisations for 19 years.

Bob Dignen is a director of York Associates and International Leadership Performance. He now specialises in international leadership coaching and training. He is also an author with both ELT (Business Partner, Pearson) and leadership titles (Leading International Projects, Kogan Page).
