Getting to Harrogate

By Air

Leeds Bradford airport
This is the nearest international airport to Harrogate, located 12 miles (20 kilometres) to the south.
There are buses that operate from the airport to Harrogate, with the journey time approximately 40 minutes. Buses arrive at the bus station, from here it is a 15 minute walk to the Harrogate Convention Centre (the conference venue).  The cost of a bus ticket is approximately £5.00 for a single trip and £8.00 for a return. 
A taxi from the airport to Harrogate is approximately £25 - £30.

Manchester International Airport
Further away, Manchester airport is located 56 miles (90 kilometres) from Harrogate. 
It has direct trains into Leeds station, and from there you can pick up a connecting train to Harrogate.

London is a hub of air travel. Please check individual airport websites for advice on travelling into London. Once in central London, trains to Harrogate run from Kings Cross (see below). If you are travelling from a destination without direct flights to Leeds Bradford Airport, consider connections from Schiphol (Amsterdam), or Paris.

By Rail

From London: Trains leave from London Kings Cross and take approximately 3 hours. Information on train times and prices can be found at and From Harrogate train station, a taxi to the conference venue is approximately £6.00.
