Join the IATEFL Research SIG and the International Festival of Teacher-research in ELT for this conference, which brings the 2021 Festival to a close.
This will be an innovative, interactive event featuring teacher-researchers from Argentina, Cameroon, India, Iraq, Israel, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Oman, the Philippines, Turkey and Uzbekistan.
As with previous Teachers Research! conferences in Argentina, Chile and Turkey, this online conference is participant-centred, placing teachers’ own inquiries and discoveries at the centre rather than viewing them as receivers of expert knowledge. The innovative format of the conference promotes interaction among presenters and participants by allowing ample discussion time in break-out rooms after brief poster presentations. The conference also features plenary sessions which place groups of teachers and mentors at centre-stage.
The conference will take place online using Zoom from 09:30 UTC on Friday, 10 December to 18.00 UTC on Saturday, 11 December.
There will be a main room and three concurrent session rooms. Registration closes on 5 December
