Taking place on 22nd September 2024 at the Kallithea Campus of New York College, Athens, Greece, this face-to-face event will be focused on assessment and will be a full day event.
IATEFL GISIG will be supporting the event and has provided a number of speakers. Abigail Ekanguo, has been invited as a plenary speaker and will be talking about “Adaptive Assessment Practices for Large and Multilingual EFL Classrooms in Africa.” Efi Tzouri has a talk titled, “With a little help of the hand: Identity texts as engaging warm-up activities and authentic assessment tools” and Eftychis Kantarakis and Ruby Polygenis are talking about “Summative Assessment teaching through SEL and SDGs. The project outcome.”
