Liverpool Convention Bureau (LCB), with partner INTX Corporate Transport and Logistics, are able to offer a no-risk, secure, online, pre-bookable airport transfer service for delegates.

The transfer service aims to provide ease to delegates coming to Liverpool. 

Benefits to Delegates

  • Safe and reliable service (particularly for individual delegates or those arriving late at night)
  • Transfer is often cheaper than a standard taxi fare (particularly for individual delegates)
  • Reassuring for delegates to have a driver waiting for them, with final destination already arranged
  • Pre-paid service so no immediate need for delegates to have local currency

Process 

  • INTX has set up a secure, unique booking site with options for pick-ups/drop-offs on peak days of the conference at the following locations:
    • Liverpool John Lennon Airport
    • Manchester International Airport
    • Main conference venue (ACC)
    • Participating conference hotels
  • Delegates can choose single or return transfers, individually or for groups, for any of the specified pick-up/drop-off locations
  • Delegates will need to supply their name, email address, credit card details, a contact telephone number (mobile/cell) and their flight details/terminal
  • Once booked, delegates receive confirmation of their transfer along with transfer joining instructions and full contact details for INTX
