Online registration has now closed. If you have already registered but have not yet paid you must go to the registration and pay at Harrogate.  If you wish to register for the conference you can still do this on site in Harrogate.  Please download the registration form, complete it and bring it with you.  This will save you time at registration.  If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact the office.

GETTING TO HARROGATE

RAIL STRIKE IN UNITED KINGDOM - UPDATE

The proposed rail strike has now been cancelled. Please follow this link to keep updated about the situation.  

The National Express has services between most large towns, and has links from London and Manchester to Harrogate.  If seats are filling up they put on extra services to meet demand. 

CarBUDi Liftshare (https://carbudi.liftshare.com/ ) is a service that matches drivers who would like to offer lifts in their car with those seeking transportation from and to specific locations. If you are driving to the Harrogate conference we would like to encourage you to offer any free spaces in your car on that website; if you are looking for a lift, please visit that website and perform a relevant search. If you are offering lifts please do add a mention of "IATEFL Conference" in the lift description as this may make it easier for lift-seekers to find you.

The nearest airport is Leeds Bradford. 
Bus2Jet 767 provides a direct bus service to/from Harrogate bus station, serving Pannal and Poole.  Click here for a timetable . Buses run from 5.30am to 11.20pm each day.

Taxi companies available are Arrow  or Sherwood Private Hire at approximately between £23-£27 per trip.
